We know this too, but you are way ahead of the story. Rest assured it will be covered. If you or anybody know anything or have more proof, feel free to email us what you have.

IS THIS THE FRANK PADILLA, THE CFC LEADER AND AUTHOR OF CFC PASTORAL BOOKS?

Nothing can be more disgusting after learning about the actuations and pronouncements of Frank Padilla and company in the past months - and now after reading about this P 50 million fund controversy! Is this the Frank Padilla who gave a thousand and one CLP talks, MCG exhortations and authored CFC books? This is a rupture of hyprocrisy. And is this the Frank Padilla who wants to retain the name CFC for his splinter group?

In time, the Lord will deal with you and your group.

I have been in the ministry for the past 7 years. And in the beginning I have complained, complained, and complained... One important thing I've learned is that If I am not part of the problem, I can be a part of the solution.. therefore I stepped Up in the community and taken chance in a more active role, but no matter what the differences I face I kept serving, because my loyalty is to no man, but to the Lord....
Also another important thing I've learned as a true meaning of family, YOU NEVER LEAVE A FAMILY MEMBER HANGING whatever the situation is. Therefore Why is this Easter group or "padilla's group" causing turmoil instead of being part of a solution as one famiy. Turning ones back on people is never a solution. Poiting fingers will get you nowhere. Egos and Prides and flying freely all over the place and no reconcialiation or no real solution as one family is done.. now One question with this new group: How would I know if I join this new community, if 5 years or 25 years from now it would have a similar problem, whats the solution, move out and form a new group???Because the example you are showing me with this group is that commitment is only to a certain level, when the water gets rough and the boat starts to sink, the first person to jump ship is it's Captain, which is Padilla...And why can't people realize that our loyalty to Christ not to any man (such as Padilla)...

Thanks and Wish for the Best,

Still in Decernment
Your Brother in Christ!

The CFC Shame That Is Poised To Be A Scandal:

Many questions have yet to be asked. Only the most superficial, the ones that naturally attract, have been posed by individuals and groups identified to be "pro-choice." Cong. Edcel Lagman and Sen. Loi Estrada publicly decried government's award of P50 million to CFC for a natural family planning program. Many bishops and Church workers privately complained about funds channeled to CFC when there are established Church groups more competent to do the work. And inside CFC, the uneasiness of many about how Gerry Padilla and Maribel Descallar were using the money to fund travels and meetings which had more to do with building the Teodora agenda that a massive natural family planning program worth the government's money and value-added contributions by CFC which already claimed Pro-Life as a pillar - paid or not.

That uneasiness manifested in the unexplained abortion by the Council of the P50 million contract when only half of the funds were spent. A cursory questioning of Council members serving at that time, including a few from the Board Of Elders, will most probably reveal the revulsion of CFC "going
commercial" when Pro Life activities were also being funded by tithes. Worse, the manner by which the funds were spent raised eyebrows. When the Commission Of Audit will do a transactional audit, shame is expected to turn to a public scandal - the legacy not of GMA putting mothers at risk but of the dark side of the Frank and Gerry leadership.

The first open disagreement between GK and Pro Life was triggered by the P50 million contract awarded by DOH to CFC. In stark contrast to the CFC culture of "padugo," the P50 million contract allowed meetings, meals, travel and purchase/rental of equipment as though CFC were a government corporation. The money was used to support a CFC governance lifestyle and reward the cohorts of the Padilla family, especially Maribel Descallar who managed the funds, and Lachie Agana who enjoyed much of the perks as a signatory to checks from DOH funds.

The accidental casualty was Roquel Ponte who was the titular head of the Natural Planning Program program. It took very little to make him happy, just a trip here and there without doing any work whatsoever! other than being another signatory.

The beneficiary by force of circumstance was Joe Yamamoto who, as head of CFC Medical Missions, was the intended party of the DOH award. But the greed of Gerry Padilla, Maribel Descallar and Lachie Agana pushed them to literally shove aside the CFC Medical Missions who held a signed contract but never received the funds to implement the program. Because of that, Joe Yamamoto and the CFC Medical Missions were spared the possible criminal liability that may be unearthed upon a transactional audit by the COA.

Pray, CFC members, pray! Pray that a private shame imposed on the community by the Padilla couple, Maribel Descallar and Lachie Agana will not turn to become a public scandal of Christian hypocrisy, of unmitigated greed, and the evil use of religious beliefs as a convenient cover to corruption.

"Let us begin by committing ourselves to the truth, to find the truth, to speak the truth, and to live with the truth." Guess who said that!!

What a Shame!!! CFC Leaders such as Frank Padilla is no different from Philippine Politicians...Why don't you just shut up and pray for yourself, I believe you are the very person being used by the evil one!

to be honest i've been not active with the community for years. and from what i see, (technically im in a n outside looking in situation) i'm a former mission voulunteer for youth for christ and to be honest i've seen so much anomalities in the cfc center.. from council members to even full time workers and even us mission volunteers are guilty of.. from barring MVs to be Full time Workers because of personal rifts of MVs and council members(not only of cfc but also of family ministries)to questionable wealth of the workers there. but you cannot avoid these in ANY community even if this is supposedly a christian group. but let us just be transparent on things.. i may not be a member of the community already but let this not be a test of loyalty to personalities.. just remember that this situation calls us NOT BE LOYAL TO PERSONALITIES OR EVEN THE COMMUNITY. WE SHOULD BE LOYAL TO GOD AT ALL TIMES! if you choose the new or old cfc... so be it.. it doesn't matter.. just don't transfer or stay because you are loyal to this personality.. just be sure that you stay or transfer because you will get to know god more there and you will nourish your relationship with god!

People should own up to their mistakes. Stop blaming the devil.

It is always been said that "THE TRUTH WILL SET US FREE" what is the truth Bro. Frank Padilla? Bro. Lachie Agana? Sis Maribel Descallar? We are all accountable to GOD.. A brother from SOUTH B.

TRUTH IS...the evil one is not at all happy with these developments (the split). he is actually in panic! he has lost most of his contacts from within.
Our God is indeed in control..He loves CFC so much that's why He is taking charge. He is so good..He will not let us go astray. Time to celebrate again!!

I think the very first person to blame is no one but ourselves. We are nurtured by our household heads and in turn we nurture our members to be obedient to us. SO that when things like this happens, everyone say stick with us because I am right because I know Frank very well. Kasi matagal nakaming magkahousehold. Siya nagbibigay sa amin ng guidance. Kaya nga ako may ambition na rin akong maging member ng Council of Elders.
Tama o tama.
You be the judged.

It's all about greed. Goats dressed up as sheep...speaking in tongues, don't know whom they are speaking with. I bet that these liars teach about hell but they don't believe about hell. Worst is they teach about God, but see themselves above God.

please find time to reflect...there's no point in being too rational about who's right or wrong. i have learned this from one of my heads in the community...TO LOVE IS BETTER THAN TO BE RIGHT...if Mr. Padilla chose to serve in another group, let him...enough of the blame...let's just move on...who knows one day our parents would be reunited...pray for the best...GOD BLESS brethren...take time to heal...

ENOUGH....move on...take time to heal...all those who speak against their brothers are used by the evil one as well...wag magmalinis.we are all accountable...GODBLESS
